F. E. Cottrell Apartment Building

A Blockcard of the completed apartment, comissioned by F. E. Cottrell and designed by Manfred M Stophlet, which is estimated to be completed sometime in the 1920s.

Commissioned by F. E. Cottrell, the vice president of the Toledo Blade news-outlet, the F. E. Cottrell apartment building was designed by Manfred M Stophlet in 1914. The apartment is conveniently placed on a commute street to central downtown Toledo, and features six bedrooms and six bathrooms, which are still rented to tenants as of 2019.
