Description

Architectural drawings depicting the site plan for the Willys-Overland Company and the numerous buildings in the factory campus created by George S. Mills, an architect of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings are black line on linen and white line on blue paper, the commission number for the project is 1571, and the drawings were created in the 1910s and one drawing created in 1920. The drawings depict the factory campus and include information on when different buildings were constructed, information on how the flow of the nearby stream was altered, and a design for a door jamb in a core sand bin that was included in the commission but may be unrelated. As of 2021 the Willys-Overland factory has been demolished.
