Architectural drawings for alterations to a commercial building commissioned by Mr. Ben and Joe Fretti . These drawings are pencil on tracing paper and were created by the Jokel and Lange architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings lay out a plan to expand a commercial building to include two additional storefronts to the existing two storefronts, as well as add a second floor to the building, and include basement and first floor floorplans, a plan for the roof, a site plan of the property, elevations on all four sides of the building. The proposed alterations to the building were never created, and as of 2019 this building has not been demolished.
