A black and white pencil drawing done by Thomas E. King of the interior design of the ballroom for the Commodore Perry Hotel in downtown Toledo, Ohio. Designed in February of 1928 by architectural firm Mills, Rhines, Bellman and Nordhoff, the ballroom was mostly constructed as seen in the drawing. Opened in 1926, the hotel closed it's doors in 1980. In 2000 the hotel was renovated into an apartment building. The drawings are white line on blue paper, were created in 1925, and the commission number for this project 2781. The drawings include exterior elevations and details of windows, doors, and cornices. As of 2019 this building has not been demolished and has been converted into apartments.
