An architectural drawing for additions and alterations to Horace Mann School commissioned by the Washington Township Rural School District Board of Education and created by the Jokel, Coy, and Thal architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The drawing is pencil on tracing paper, the commission for the project is 1004, and it was created in 1939. The drawing depicts all four exterior elevations of the building. This school was closed in 1979 and subsequently demolished. The drawing lists this as a Public Works Administration (PWA) project, specifically project docket ET-2131-F.
