An architectural drawing for a community house commissioned by the Broadway M. E. Church and created by the Stophlet and Stophlet architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The drawing is ink on linen, the commission number for the project is 1407, and it was created in 1922. The drawing depicts the Broadway Street and Crittenden Avenue exterior elevations of the building as well as the second floor floorplan. As of 2021 this building has been demolished.
