The drawings depict plans for the ground floor, balcony, gallery, as well as a longitudinal and transverse section, exterior elevations on the Jefferson Avenue and Ontario Street sides of the building, and detailed drawings for the exterior windows. As of 2021 this building has not been demolished but no longer serves as a theatre.

The drawings depict plans for the basement, all floors, and the roof, as well as a longitudinal and transverse section, foundation and piling plans, an exterior elevations on the Ontario Street side of the building, and detailed drawings for doors, and the iron beams and framing of the building. As of 2021 this building has not been demolished, and was originally known as Burt's Theatre.
