The drawing depicts the front and rear exterior elevations, as well as a detailed view of the exterior cornice. Also in this commission but not scanned and made available here are drawings depicting the floorplans for the foundation, first, second and third floors, as well as the right elevation and a longitudinal section. As of 2019 this building has not been demolished.
