Architectural drawings for a wholesale remodel of a residence commissioned by George B. Storer and designed by the David L. Stine and Son architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings are white line on blue paper, there is no commission number for the project, and the drawings were created in approximately 1920. Included in the drawings are floorplans for the basement, first floor, second floor, and attic, a roof plan, exterior elevations for all four sides of the building, and numerous details for interior elements including the staircase. Also included are two drawings for window gratings designed by H. B. Milmine and Company, a metal fabricating company in Toledo, Ohio. As of 2020
