The drawing is pencil on paper, the commission number for this project is 339, and the drawing was created in 1926. Also contained in the commission but not available here are interior and exterior elevations, detail drawings of various elements, and a site plan. The church was built in a similar, but simplified version of the drawings in this commission and was constructed in 1928. As of 2013 this building has not been demolished.
