Architectural drawings for the design of a duplex apartment building for E. M. Groenwald and designed by the Mills, Rhines, Bellman, and Nordhoff architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings are black ink on linen and pencil on tracing paper, the commission number for the project is 1958, and they were created in 1914. The drawings include a basement, first floor, second floor, and roof plan, as well as elevations for all four sides of the structure, and various interior and exterior details. Sheet five includes plans for alterations to the house in order to add a sleeping porch, however this was never constructed. As of 2019 this building has not been demolished.
