The drawings are pencil on tracing paper, the comission number for the project is 628-J, and they were created in 1925 and 1926. The drawings include a site plans basement, first floor, and roof plans, and exterior elevations. The building has a balustrade and cornice with colonial revival details, as well as a shield (?) decoration, and as of 2019 the building has not been demolished.
