Description

An architectural drawing for the construction of a residence commissioned by Minnie Samsen and created by the Jokel, Coy, and Thal architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio in 1937. The drawing is pencil on beige colored paper and the commission number for the project is 957. The drawing includes elevations for all four sides of the dwelling as well as numerous details of interior elements such as bathrooms, doors and bookcases. The drawing indicates that it was intended to be constructed at Woodland Beach in Oregon Township of Lucas County, however it was unable to be determined whether the building was constructed or where specifically it was intended to be located.
