Architectural drawings for the construction of a residence and mortuary for J. E. Maison and created by the Jokel, Coy, and Thal architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio in 1937. The drawings are pencil on beige colored paper and the commission number for this project is 975. The drawings include a plot plan, floorplans for the basement, first and second floor, elevations for the rear of the building, the St. John Street side and the Conant Street side. The building was constructed in 1938, and as of 2019 the building has not been demolished and is occupied by the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home.
