The drawings are pencil on beige colored paper and there is no commission number listed for the project. The drawings include interior and exterior elevations for all four sides of the addition, floorplans for the first and second floor, a roof plan, and numerous interior details. These alterations were implemented and as of 2019 the building has not been demolished.
