Site plan of the Lucas County Recreation Center created in 1964. These drawings are pencil on beige paper, and were created by the Hahn and Hayes architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. There is no commission number listed for this project. The drawing illustrates the location of the grand stand, parking area, tennis courts, baseball and football fields, exhibition hall and more. The property was purchased in 1917, and was formally referred to as the Fort Miami Fairgrounds. Prior to becoming the home of The Toledo Muds Hens the Recreation Center was a horse racing track. As of 2019 much of the Lucas County Recreation Center is still in use.
