George S. Mills: Willys-Overland Site Plan, Toledo, Ohio

The drawings are black line on linen and white line on blue paper, the commission number for the project is 1571, and the drawings were created in the 1910s and one drawing created in 1920. The drawings depict the factory campus and include information on when different buildings were constructed, information on how the flow of the nearby stream was altered, and a design for a door jamb in a core sand bin that was included in the commission but may be unrelated. As of 2021 the Willys-Overland factory has been demolished.

The drawing depicts the site plan for the entire project including a football field, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, badminton courts, volleyball courts, and a swimming pool. A park still exists in the same location as shown in the drawing, though it is configured differently in its current form.

Mills, Rhines, Bellman and Nordhoff: Eleanor A. Searles Property, Lucas County, Ohio
A map traced from an original source by M.C. Commerford of Mills, Rhines, Bellman and Nordhoff architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The area was originally surveyed in 1903 by Toledo civil engineering firm, Oakley and Tonson. In 1919, Mills, Rhines, Bellman and Nordhoff were commissioned for project number 2555, which included replicating that survey. The drawing is black ink on linen. Two streets are identified on the map running east to west: Dorr Street and Bancroft Street. Using plat maps relevant to the time the map was created, the two streets running north to south have been identified as Secor Road and Douglas Road. This area would later become the grounds of the University of Toledo.
