Architectural drawings for alterations to a duplex comissioned by Dr. and Mrs. John Gersten. These drawings are pencil on tracing paper and were created by the Jokel, Coy and Thal architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings lay out a plan to convert a duplex into a doctor's office on the first floor with living quarters for the family on the second floor, and include basement, first, and second floor floorplans, a site plan of the property, front and left-side elevations, as well as details of fireplaces, stairs, cabinetry and other elements. The doctor's office conversion included enough space for two patient treatment rooms, a dentist's consultation room and workroom, a doctor's consultation room, a lab, and a reception area. As of 2019 this building has been demolished due to changes in how Collingwood Boulevard connects to Cherry Street.

The commission number for this project is listed as #332. The drawings include floor plans of the basement, first floor, and balcony. There are also drawings of the ceiling, balcony boxes, and auditorium floor. Formally known as The Empire Theater, The Palace Theater was transformed from a vaudeville theater to a movie theater as a result of the alterations. The Palace Theater along with the neighboring Rivoli Theater were demolished in 1969.

Architectural drawings of floor plans by Toledo architect David L. Stine (1857-1941) for the home of Solon O. Richardson Junior (1864-1927). The drawings are pencil on tracing paper and include two different sets of preliminary floor plans with the major difference between them being the location of the service wing. The drawings include floorplans of the first and second floor. The building constructed was in 1912 and was demolished in 1969 after many efforts made to save the building.

Architectural drawings for an apartment building comissioned by Ben and Joe Fretti and created by the Jokel and Lange architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings are pencil on beige paper and include a site plan, roof plan, floorplans of the basement and first floor, elevations of all four sides of the building, and details of interior elements including staircases. The commission number listed on all sheets is 793-J, includes two varying designs for the same building, and as of 2019 this building has been demolished.
