These drawings are pencil on tracing paper and were created by the Jokel, Coy and Thal architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings lay out a plan to convert a duplex into a doctor's office on the first floor with living quarters for the family on the second floor, and include basement, first, and second floor floorplans, a site plan of the property, front and left-side elevations, as well as details of fireplaces, stairs, cabinetry and other elements. The doctor's office conversion included enough space for two patient treatment rooms, a dentist's consultation room and workroom, a doctor's consultation room, a lab, and a reception area. As of 2019 this building has been demolished due to changes in how Collingwood Boulevard connects to Cherry Street.

Formally known as The Empire Theater, The Palace Theater was transformed from a vaudeville theater to a movie theater as a result of the alterations. The Palace Theater along with the neighboring Rivoli Theater were demolished in 1969.

The drawings are pencil on tracing paper and include two different sets of preliminary floor plans with the major difference between them being the location of the service wing. The drawings include floorplans of the first and second floor. The building constructed was in 1912 and was demolished in 1969 after many efforts made to save the building.
