David L. Stine: 2051 Collingwood Boulevard, Toledo, Ohio
Architectural drawings of floor plans by Toledo architect David L. Stine (1857-1941) for the home of Solon O. Richardson Junior (1864-1927). The drawings are pencil on tracing paper and include two different sets of preliminary floor plans with the major difference between them being the location of the service wing. The drawings include floorplans of the first and second floor. The building constructed was in 1912 and was demolished in 1969 after many efforts made to save the building.
