The drawings are pencil on beige colored paper and the commission number for this project is 975. The drawings include a plot plan, floorplans for the basement, first and second floor, elevations for the rear of the building, the St. John Street side and the Conant Street side. The building was constructed in 1938, and as of 2019 the building has not been demolished and is occupied by the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home.

Architectural drawing for a hamburg stand commissioned by Lengel and DeLucia and created by the Jokel, Coy, and Thal architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings are pencil on tracing paper, the commission number for the project is 1010, and the drawing was created in 1939. This drawing depicts the four exterior elevations of the building as well as a wall section. Also included in this commission but not scanned are plans for the foundation, drainage, first floor, and plot. As of 2020 this building has been demolished.
