Architectural drawings of alterations to an apartment building commissioned by Mr. Henry and August Volk. The drawings were created by the Jokel, Coy and Thal architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. These drawings are pencil on tracing paper and were created in December 1942. The commission number for this project was 1169. The drawings include a front elevation, details of kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, a cross section of the stairs, and basement, first, second and third floor floorplans. The drawings also include two sheets of initial drawings created based on measurements taken of the structure. The original date of the construction is unknown. As of 2018 the building remains standing.

Architectural drawings for alterations to a duplex comissioned by Dr. and Mrs. John Gersten. These drawings are pencil on tracing paper and were created by the Jokel, Coy and Thal architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings lay out a plan to convert a duplex into a doctor's office on the first floor with living quarters for the family on the second floor, and include basement, first, and second floor floorplans, a site plan of the property, front and left-side elevations, as well as details of fireplaces, stairs, cabinetry and other elements. The doctor's office conversion included enough space for two patient treatment rooms, a dentist's consultation room and workroom, a doctor's consultation room, a lab, and a reception area. As of 2019 this building has been demolished due to changes in how Collingwood Boulevard connects to Cherry Street.

Architectural drawings for a commercial building, commissioned by Oscar Joseph and created by the Jokel, Coy, and Thal architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings are pencil on beige colored paper, were created in 1941, and the commission number for the project is 1122. The drawings include an elevation on the Lagrange Street, left and rear sides of the building, a plot plan, and floorplans for the basement and first floor. Contemporary city directories indicate that the building was never constructed.
