Architectural drawings for alterations to a duplex comissioned by Dr. and Mrs. John Gersten. These drawings are pencil on tracing paper and were created by the Jokel, Coy and Thal architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings lay out a plan to convert a duplex into a doctor's office on the first floor with living quarters for the family on the second floor, and include basement, first, and second floor floorplans, a site plan of the property, front and left-side elevations, as well as details of fireplaces, stairs, cabinetry and other elements. The doctor's office conversion included enough space for two patient treatment rooms, a dentist's consultation room and workroom, a doctor's consultation room, a lab, and a reception area. As of 2019 this building has been demolished due to changes in how Collingwood Boulevard connects to Cherry Street.

Architectural drawings for an addition to an existing commercial building, commissioned by Louis Colby and created by the Jokel, Coy, and Thal architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings are pencil on beige colored paper, were created in 1941, and the commission number for the project is 1114. The drawings include a front and side elevation, including details on how the new building interfaces with the old, as well as a floorplan, and a plot plan for the site. The drawings indicate the restaurant was called the Barge Inn and as of 2014 the building has been demolished.
