Architectural drawings for the Nicholas Building, located in downtown Toledo, commissioned by the Spitzer Building Company and created by Bacon and Huber, an architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings are white line on blue paper, there is no commission number for the project, and they were created in 1904. The drawings include a foundation plan, floorplans for the basement thru eighth floors, a longitudinal section, as well as exterior elevations on the Huron Avenue and Madison Avenue sides of the building. Additionally designs for decorative terra cotta elements created by the Atlantic Terra Cotta Company are included, with detailed views of entrances, pilasters, cornices, and more. As of 2021 this building has not been demolished.

The drawings are white line on blue paper, there is no commission number for the project, and they were created in 1953 and 1954. The drawings include floorplans for the basement thru fourth floors, exterior elevations on the Huron Avenue, Madison Avenue, and alley sides of the building, details for the entrances and some ceilings, and plans for the Hulce Building. As of 2021 this building has not been demolished.
