An account of the resource
A black and white pencil drawing done by Thomas E. King of the interior design of the ballroom for the Commodore Perry Hotel in downtown Toledo, Ohio. Designed in February of 1928 by architectural firm Mills, Rhines, Bellman and Nordhoff, the ballroom was mostly constructed as seen in the drawing. Opened in 1926, the hotel closed it's doors in 1980. In 2000 the hotel was renovated into an apartment building. Notation on back of drawing: Comm # 2781; archivist notation on front of drawing: Comm. # 2781.
Architectural drawings for the Commodore Perry Hotel commissioned by the Commodore Perry Company and created by the Mills, Rhines, Bellman, and Nordhoff architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings are white line on blue paper, were created in 1925, and the commission number for this project 2781. The drawings include exterior elevations and details of windows, doors, and cornices. As of 2019 this building has not been demolished and has been converted into apartments.

A black and white pencil and watercolor drawing done by Thomas E. King around 1915 of a new building for the First Congregational Church in Toledo, Ohio. Designed by architectural firm Mills, Rhines, Bellman and Nordhoff, the church was built on Collingwood Boulevard in the Old West End of Toledo in 1916. The First Congregational Church of Toledo was incorporated in 1837 and is still in existence today.

Architectural drawings for Fire Station Number 17, commissioned by the City of Toledo Board of Public Safety and created by George B. Rheinfrank, an architect out of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings are black line on beige paper, have no commission number and were created in 1908. The plans include a foundation plan, basement plan, first floor plan, second floor plan, longitudinal section, transverse section, and elevations for all four sides of the building. Also included are some exterior details of the brickwork, as well as details of sections of the interior woodwork. The firehouse was opened on May 15, 1909 and was closed on January 30, 1980. As of 2019 the building is still standing, though vacant.

An architectural drawing for a residence commissioned by Dr. Will S. Graves and created by George B. Rheinfrank, an architect of Toledo, Ohio. The drawing is pencil on tissue paper, the commission number for the project is 957, and the drawing was created in 1928. The drawing depicts all four exterior elevations, as well as some details for roof sections. As of 2021 this building has not been demolished.
