As of 2021 this building has not been demolished and while the Lucas County Auditor lists the address as 1549 Pool Street, the building faces out onto Oakdale with a possible address of 441 Oakdale Avenue.

The identified address for the church has been drawn from a 1935 city directory, placing it at the corner of City Park Avenue and Belmont Avenue, however in 1952 the church moved to the corner of Woodruff Avenue and Lawrence Avenue. It is not believed this proposed design was ever used at either location.
