The drawings are black ink on linen, and the commission numbers for this project are 1403 and 1418. The plans include a plot plan, front and right side elevations, and a first floor plan of the laundry. As of 2019 this building has been demolished.

The plans include a plot plan, site plan, first floor plan, second floor plan, third floor plan, and elevations. In 1975 Flower Hospital was relocated to Sylvania, Ohio and as of 2019 this building has been demolished.

The drawings are black ink on linen, the commission number for the project is 752, and they were created in 1918. The drawings include all exterior elevations as well as exterior details. Also in this commission but not scanned are floorplans, interior and exterior details, and a site plan, as well as interior and exterior details. This building was demolished in 2019.
