Wachter, an architect in Toledo, Ohio. These drawings depict the house that Wachter designed for himself. The house was originally situated at 650 Lincoln Avenue, and an attached rental property was situated at 651 Grove Place. The main house was moved to 2020 Parkwood Avenue by the Toledo Museum of Art in 1999, while the garage and rental property had already been demolished previously.</text>
