As of 2021 this building has not been demolished but no longer serves as a theatre.

The drawings are ink on linen, the commission number for the project is 2090, and they were created in 1915. The drawings depict plans for the basement, all floors, and the roof, as well as a longitudinal and transverse section, foundation and piling plans, an exterior elevations on the Ontario Street side of the building, and detailed drawings for doors, and the iron beams and framing of the building. As of 2021 this building has not been demolished, and was originally known as Burt's Theatre.

Architectural drawings for a maternity and children's hospital created by George B. Rheinfrank, an architect out of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings are black ink on linen, the commission number for the project is 752, and they were created in 1918. The drawings include all exterior elevations as well as exterior details. Also in this commission but not scanned are floorplans, interior and exterior details, and a site plan, as well as interior and exterior details. This building was demolished in 2019.
