The drawings include a site plan, foundation plan and elevations. The drawings were produced for MacLean and Company, a Toledo real estate company. The gates were to be located at the entrance of a proposed development (see Chadwick Plat Book, 1924, Volume 2, Plate 12, Sub plan Number 10) later vacated.
