The drawings are black ink on linen, the commission number for the project is 1971, and the drawings was created in 1914. The drawing details floorplans, interior and exterior elevations and details. As of 2020 this building has been demolished.

Architectural drawings created by the Industrial Engineering and Construction Department of the International Harvester Company of America for the creation of a Branch House and Service Station. The drawings are of several different types including black ink on linen, white line on blue paper, and purple line on beige paper. There is no commission number for this project and the drawings were created in 1931. Included are exterior elevations, floorplans, site plans, and numerous architectural and engineering details for specific aspects of the construction of the building. As of 2019 this building has not been demolished, though it has undergone significant changes since its construction.

Mills, an architect of Toledo, Ohio. These drawings are black ink on linen and include first, second, and third floor floorplans and a roof plan, exterior elevations, framing plans, structural drawings, office details and plans, as well as custom furniture and chandeliers. The commission number for this project is 1682. As of 2019 this building has been demolished. The coordinates for the location of this building are approximate to the site of the former plant campus.
