Stine designed this home for Edward Drummond Libbey (1854-1925), philanthropist and father of the glass industry in Toledo, Ohio. The residence was built in 1895. Thompson Senior and the house was constructed in 1915. The Walker and Weeks firm of Cleveland initially designed the house. These drawings include an elevation cross section of the estate, planting details, and a drawing of a garden wall commisioned in 1923, 1927 and 1928.

Reynolds Esquire, and he created these drawings over 1903 and 1904, while the house was built in 1912. The drawings include building floorplans, cross-sectional views, exterior elevations and drawings of details of the woodwork, decorative elements, art windows, and staircases.

Jokel, an architect of Toledo, Ohio in 1935, the same year the house was built. The commission number for this project is #903.

Architectural drawing of a cottage on Sturgeon Bar Island for the Whitney and Wachter families. This drawing is are black ink on linen, and was created by Harry W. Wachter, an architect in Toledo, Ohio. These drawings depict a cottage that Wachter designed for Whitney and Wachter families. The cottage was designed between 1902 and 1908, based on his firm's address and cross-referencing that with city directories.
