Architectural drawings for the Nicholas Building, located in downtown Toledo, commissioned by the Spitzer Building Company and created by Bacon and Huber, an architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings are white line on blue paper, there is no commission number for the project, and they were created in 1904. The drawings include a foundation plan, floorplans for the basement thru eighth floors, a longitudinal section, as well as exterior elevations on the Huron Avenue and Madison Avenue sides of the building. Additionally designs for decorative terra cotta elements created by the Atlantic Terra Cotta Company are included, with detailed views of entrances, pilasters, cornices, and more. As of 2021 this building has not been demolished.

The drawings is in pencil with color highlights, and only includes the front exterior elevation. The indicated date is based on the inscription on the pediment. The building was demolished in the late 1960s for construction of the Fiberglass Tower and the five-story garage and commercial outlets along Summit Street.

There are a total of fourteen drawings which include floor plans, elevations, equipment layout and other assorted architectural details. As of 2019 the building is still standing.
