A set of architectural drawings for a residential duplex done by the David L. Stine architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The home was constructed in 1917. The client for this commission, Adelaide D. G. Stine, was David L. Stine's wife, and the drawings reflect the home that he designed for Adelaide and himself. The Stine family lived on the upper level and rented the lower level. These drawings include exterior elevations and floorplans. A commission number for the project is not identified.
These images are exterior views of a house designed by the David L. Stine & Son architectural firm of Toledo, Ohio. The building was constructed in 1917. The photographs were taken on March 19, 2019.

This image is an architectural drawing done by David L. Stine & Son Architects. The firm designed this Carnegie library for the trustees of the Lucas County Library in 1916. The library opened in Janurary of 1918. The drawing is white line on blue paper stock.
Photographs of the exterior of the Maumee Branch of the Toledo Lucas County Public Library taken on December 6, 2018. The architectural firm of David L. Stine & Son of Toledo, Ohio designed the building in 1916 and it was constructed in 1918.

The drawings are pencil on tracing paper and include two different sets of preliminary floor plans with the major difference between them being the location of the service wing. The drawings include floorplans of the first and second floor. The building constructed was in 1912 and was demolished in 1969 after many efforts made to save the building.

Architectural drawings for the Eaton County Courthouse. The drawings are all reproductions, and were created by the David W. Gibbs and Company architectural firm working out of Toledo, Ohio. Gibbs was also father-in-law to famed Toledo architect, David L. Stine. The drawings contains no commission number, and includes floorplans and an exterior elevation.
