The drawings include a front exterior elevation, and two floorplans for what appears to be a ground floor gathering space and the first floor sanctuary. As of 2021 this building has not been demolished and while the Lucas County Auditor lists the address as 1549 Pool Street, the building faces out onto Oakdale with a possible address of 441 Oakdale Avenue.
