The drawings include the equipment layout of the service areas, site plan, and plans of the foundation, first floor, second floor, roof, and mechanical layout. Due to road changes the address of the building has been listed as either 5225 Telegraph Road or 5221 Crabb Road.  As of 2019 this building is still standing.]]></dcterms:description>

Only a subsection of the drawings are included here digitally, including exterior elevations for all four sides of the building and a longitudinal cross section, as well as various exterior details. Also included in the physical collection, but not scanned, are plans for the plot, basement, drainage, first floor and roof. This building featured a Vitrolite glass exterior. The drawing indicates that it was intended to be constructed at Woodland Beach in Oregon Township of Lucas County, however it was unable to be determined whether the building was constructed or where specifically it was intended to be located.]]></dcterms:description>
