County Armory (1891 - 1934)

The County Armory, constructed in 1891, was situated at the corner of Spielbusch Avenue and Orange Street. The building was destroyed by a fire in 1934, destroying military supplies in the process. The building was also known as the Ohio National Guard Armory, and the Spielbusch Armory.

This is a small book containing photographs of public and commercial buildings as well as streets, churches, clubs, and homes of prominent people of toledo, Ohio. It was published in 1908. The back of the book has two large fold-out photos of the city; one with a view from East Toledo and one from downtown Toledo. Also included are two pages of "Some Interesting Facts About Toledo, Ohio"
